With over two decades of experience in the education sector, I am a dedicated and motivational specialist focused on unlocking the potential of students who find mainstream environments challenging.
I began working with younger students who had been permanently excluded from school in 2009. This experience ignited a lifelong passion for supporting those who struggle in traditional settings.
Since then, I have served as Deputy Head in two specialized schools—one of which I was instrumental in establishing—and have developed deep expertise in managing a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Specialist Expertise
I offer a high standard of support for students with diverse learning requirements, including:
- SEN Specialisms: ASD, ADHD, ODD, Dyslexia, and Mental Health challenges.
- Behavioral Support: Skilled in a variety of evidence-based behavioral techniques to create a positive learning environment.

My Philosophy
Learning should be accessible and engaging. I utilize an extensive range of alternative teaching strategies to ensure my students not only achieve academically but also grow in confidence and self-esteem.
When I’m not teaching, I am a published children’s author and contributor to various online publications. My love for storytelling and literacy often finds its way into my teaching, helping to inspire a similar curiosity in my students.
